I just started to use the new way to get tethering on AT&T help.benm.at by using that guide.. now will i see a dramatic price on my next AT&T bill? or what? i hope not but idk anyone have any ideas?

You could. Who knows. However, you are violating the TOS, so if AT&T chooses to charge you or cancel your service, they can.
