Tethering Data in Usage

Has anyone noticed the Tethering Data sent and received section in usage? My phone is not jailbroken since we test on it all the time. I wanted to check my battery status since I last charged my phone and noticed the Tethering Data section.

Now that it is finally there what's the catch?

Its for you to monitor your cellular data usage, not just tethering. If you are on a unlimited plan, then you probably dont have to worry at all.
