I would like to, although T-Mobile's T-Zones (or T-MobileWeb now) seems a lot slower than usual lately.

Didnt work for me either. Im not even sure what it does so it isnt like im missing anything. Im thinking i dont need it.

On Cydia there are two different apps that enable tethering on the 2g on tmobile. zmodem and iphonemodem, iirc.
it's easy enough that I have twice learned and forgotten how to do it, but it is very do-able. If you use this as your main Internet connection for large downloads, T-mo will probably cut you off btw. or charge you

iPhoneModem seems to do the trick. 🙂 I wanted a tethering option if I was away from home and couldn't find wifi in case I needed to use my laptop.
