Tethering option disappearing?

Is this happening to anyone else? It's happened twice to me in the last hour... I Imagine that AT&T is catching on?

Strange...

a few days ago I set up tethering and verified that everthing was working... couldn't make MMS work for the life of me though.

Bought a 3G s today, got it to tether once.. and then the option disappeared, reinstalled the ipcc file, and it came back... but it went away again shortly after. But It seems I can send and receive MMS fine now.
