Tethering with iPhone 4?

I don't have the plan, but I wanted to see what would happen if I turned tethering on, i only got the option to eithe use USB or Bluetooth, no pop up asking me if I want that feature or not. I haven't tried tethering though, and I'm still on my unlimited plan...

My question is, isn't there suppose to an alert or something to let me know if I want or not?

i got no clue dude, if u get free tethering im gonna be so jealous hahaha

EDIT: maybe since u have unlimited it lets u have it, it might be a flaw with the system, ill let u know tomorrow wat mine is when i get my iphone bc i got unlimited as well

You're actually right, I got the Set Up Internet Tethering option.
