Tethering with TomTom GPS?

Has anyone figured out of this is possible? Tethering via bluetooth to a TomTom GPS to use the services, with 3.0 beta 2?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I'll give it a try once I feel comfortable enough with 3.0 to install it.

with the normal tethering update that works on computers, tomtom doesn't recognize it with the tethering option.... at least my GO930

It doesnt recognize wireless data with my GO720 either.

The TomTom needs the Dial-up Networking Bluetooth profile on the phone to work. Apple uses the Bluetooth PAN profile for tethering. So no, you can't tether the iPhone to a TomTom. Been hoping for a solution for my GO 720. 🙁
