In the description, TetherMe states:

"Bluetooth does not currently work on the iPad 2 (only USB)"

What does this mean exactly? Is it talking about using TetherMe on a jailbroken iPad 2? Or is it saying using TetherMe on an iPhone 4S (in my case) cannot be used via bluetooth to tether to an iPad 2?

Thanks.

Basically, Can I tether my iPhone 4S to my iPad 2 efficiently with TetherMe? (Another way of asking the question)

I have used Wifi tethering from my iPhone to my stock iPad without a problem. Didn't try Bluetooth though.

I just want to be sure before I buy it, ya know. Its only $5 but still, I can make myself 2 or 3 lunchs for work with that $5.

2-3 lunches with $5?
Where's that at, at the Mcdonalds dollar menu?😀
You can use wifi tethering instead. Why you want Bluetooth, its slower than wifi anyway.

I make my own lunches.

So TetherMe will work? for this?

Wifi will work yes 🙂

Out of curiousity, has anyone ever got tethering over bluetooth to work?

If you ipad 2 is JB and you install Mywi like the other person said on the other thread.
But Mywi is $20. With Tetherme you only have one option, Wifi tethering.
