Tetherme trouble?

I have been trying to use tetherme for about a week now. I have a jailbroke iP4 on 4.2.1. I can connnect the phone to my mbp and get the blue tethering bar but no internet connection. I have tried rebooting, respringing, reset network setting to no avail. Everything appears to be setup correctly and working just no internet. I have searched for tetherme forum but have not found it. If someone could help me or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Maybe it's the computer having probs connecting to the BT wireless network.
You try any other computer?
 
My MBP is the only bluetooth device I have besides my wifes iP4. Is it possible to tether another iphone?
 
Just tried USB tethering and it works fine, but still no bluetooth. I have tried to "forget this device" on both iP4 and MBP and it still doesnt work. Really wish I could get this to work without needing a cable.

I am having the exact same problem except that in my case
It is not working on either USB or BT. I see that I have an ip of
172.20.10.2 but no Internet connectivity. I would appreciate
If someone can help bco'z I am in urgent need to acces Internet
As I am traveling. Thanks
 
MyWi users are having similar issues.

I am wondering if AT&T is putting a stop
to tethering outside of their subscriber
program.

....just a thought.

Also, can u let us know what steps u followed to make Tetherme work?

same problem

I just purchased tetherme and installed it. When I go to network and turn on tethering my computer is not recognizing anything on the iphone. I can't choose the iPhone as the connection neither in USB or Bluetooth. Is there something I am missing?????? 🙁
