Text app like illustrator?

I have procreate but there is no text engine! Sometimes I want to make an image with text, anyone know how?
 
Dunno how good it is with lettering, but there's InkPad; it's a vector graphics app. Or Intaglio SketchPad; I've used their Mac OS X application but not the iPad one.
