Text forwarding from one Iphone to another (2 different apple ID's)

So I have a work iphone with a different apple ID, I would like to forward all text messages to my personal phone so I don't have to carry around two phones.

Is this possible? I see call forwarding is really easy to do, but it seems texts will only work if I have the same apple ID tagged to it.

My only workaround so far is to possibly use IFTTT, but with that I would only get to see and not reply.

I don’t think there is an option unless you are on the same Apple ID..
