This is happening right now as i type. Everytime i hit the spacebar, the page scrolls down... if i hit backspace it jumps to the previous page i was in. this is so anoying... (and i have just now discovered that i have to hit "enter" twice in order fot it to work).
The problem seems to be that the boxes that require user text input, with the blue glow arround them, don't seem so lock all my keys and it's really anoying.

I think that the problem is from Safari and i figgured that, if i reinstall, the problem would go away, but how do i reinstall Safari? Do i have to?

Thanks for reading.

There is no safari install per se as it's included into OS X. I believe you have to reinstall OS X completely to effectively reinstall safari.

Did you try another browser?

Ok, it's gone now.

What i did was i downloaded safari 5.1 (hoping the installer had an uninstall feature like in windows) from apple website only to find that it required OSX 10.6.8 (and i had 10.6.7). So, i clicked the update button in the "About this mac" menu, and this updated OSX to 10.6.8 (along with some other minor software updates, and i don't think safari was there, but i'm not sure).
So, before i ran the Safari installer again, the problem was gone, somehow!
