What I mean is, it looks like a bad fax. Scott

S Scott09 macrumors newbie Original poster Oct 30, 2008 #4 The Plot Thickens Oh the joys of being a newbie! OK, I've made this cute little movie with FCE. I exported it as a QuickTime movie. When I play it with QuickTime the text looks like a bad fax. When I play it iTunes it looks great. Does anyone know why this might be? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Scott

camomac macrumors 6502a Oct 30, 2008 #5 when you say bad, like a bad fax, do you mean it looks pixelated (choppy meaning not smooth)? what type of fonts are these SEE HERE this may have to do with the type of compression you are using FCE also. i'm sure somebody here will be able to better help you. just a couple of thoughts...
