I dont see a second mac on find my phone and i have never used my icloud account on another mac... also my current MBA is my first macbook.

Change your apple id password.

It's not a second MBA, it's an iCloud ghost artifact of yours. Did you happen to be running Yosemite Betas or GMs or reinstalled Yosemite?

Yeap. I was on beta and I clean installed the official release.
