I seem to be having an issue lately where text messages (not iMessages) keep reappearing after deletion.

I am not sure exactly why it’s happening, but I have noticed that it’s only happening with recently deleted text messages in general, so I am thinking it is some sort of iCloud syncing issue.

The texts can re-appear on either my Mac, iPads or iPhone… any ideas or is this a just a bug with text message forwarding?

Yep, seems like a bug.
I’d suggest to turn iCloud off for messages on all devices but your iPhone, delete the messages and wait a night. But I would bet on this to work.

Yeah I have noticed it with call logs too, must be a syncing issue within iCloud, quite annoying but if a message reappears and then I delete it again it doesn’t tend to keep reappearing persistently
