Text Messaging Problems

Every time I got to text someone, I start to type their name in and previous names that I have sent a group text to pop up. How do I keep those names from coming up? I only want to send the text message to one person.

I have been having the same problem! It so VERY ANNOYING. Any fix would be much appreciated.

You should be able to tap on the 'i' in a circle on the right next to different suggestions that you don't want and then remove those.

The problem is that it’s hundreds of them in different combinations.. so for just about every name that I type in there will be 20 versions of a group chat they were once associated with. I tried to clear recents considering Apple calls these groups texts recents but that didn’t work.
