Text replacements disappear for anyone else?

My overall experience with iOS 10 has been neutral to mildly positive. I am getting used to most of the big changes. One thing, however, is that ALL my text replacements disappeared, AND it won't let me save new ones. Anyone else have this issue?

I have searched online for a fix and have tried signing out and back in again to iCloud, iCloud Drive and have also tried hard and soft resets. Next step will be restoring though it's a relatively minor issue so I'm somewhat hesitant.

Thoughts?

Mine disappeared too as each device updated to iOS 10. However, I was able to manually add mine back in.

The disappeared for a day or so then came back. I have no clue how. Maybe they were stored in iCloud then synced back.
