I was ended up doing a restore from iCloud and noticed that the Text Replacement text between my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 7 Plus were different and weren't syncing. I ended up signing out of iCloud and back in on both devices and they each got their own copy of the Text Replacement. At some point I took an old iPhone 5s and signed in to the iCloud account and it's Text Replacement was blank and wouldn't sync either. Basically it looks like the Text Replacement is stored in iCloud, but no longer synced in iOS 10.3. Now here's the odd part. I have an old iPad 2 which is on iOS 9.3.5 on a different iCloud account. I signed the old iPhone 5s (iOS 10.3) on to the same iCloud account and made a change to the Text Replacement on the iPhone 5s. It didn't sync to the iPad 2. When I made a change on the iPad 2 it did sync to the 5s and at that point the change I made on the 5s also synced to the iPad 2. It looks like syncing only works if one of the devices is on iOS 9.3.5 and only when a change is made on that device. That seems wrong to me. Is Text Replacement syncing working for anyone in iOS 10.3?
