Text Shortcuts help

I had set up a couple of text shortcuts and now I would like to delete or change them. I cannot find the option on my iPhone. Also, once I am in to make the change, how do I delete one of the shortcuts? I had tried the other day, but was side tracked after it didn't work and moved on to something else. Now I simply can't find where it was 😕
