Text Tones in Garageband?

So the custom text tones, can I make them in Garageband 2008 like I can the ringtones. Im on the iPhone 4 so dont worry 🙂

It's not possible to install custom text tones on a non-jailbroken iPhone 4. A longstanding complaint.
