Texting Not Working

What carrier (as well as device and iOS version)? What happens when you send a text message?

I'm sure almost 100 percent, this is t-mobile. Have nothing against them, but this is how it is
Some reports say that sim swap can help with the problem.

False Alarm

I called AT&T they removed the $10 unlimited texting fee and gave me "Free Unlimited Texting" to offset the data rate increase, they however did not code the transaction properly. Had a nice tech support person take care of the coding.
