Those laws have not been enacted yet. But people who feel that they're above the law, and who feel that no one rules them, may push the enactment of these very laws through their lack of respect for anyone other than themselves.

Agree with the sentiment of others saying that whether or not its legal, is it worth it? I turn off 'Wake on Wrist Raise' for long journeys (especially at night). Don't be this person.
