When sending/receiving text messages through the GV app does it use phone minutes or data?
Due to circumstances beyond my control I may have to put my iPhone on a "Go Phone plan" and am wondering how the GV app would work with no data plan. My ed-umacated guess is it won't (except when using wi-fi) since I assume it uses data. Just trying to verify and find out all the issues I may have to deal with. I do very little texting but in a pinch sometimes have to use it.
