I received an iMessage text that appears on my Apple Watch but not my iPhone. Has that happened to anyone else? Any idea how to fix that? I've restarted both devices.

That's how it's designed to work. Messages can be read on the phone, but it won't light up and display the text coming in. If you receive a text on the watch and don't read it. It will appear on your phone as an unread message next time you take it out. As soon as you read it on the watch it gets marked as read on the phone.

You can't make both devices light up/vibrate simultaneously though. That only happens for phone calls.

It's not even appearing in my phone after the fact. If I pull up the messages app I can see a reply to a text thread on my Apple Watch but I don't see that reply on the messages app on my iPhone. This is the first one to behave this way in the several weeks that I've had my Apple Watch.

I've had the same issue several times. People will say they've been texting me, but I don't have anything. Then when they send another text and I check my watch, all their texts are there, but when I look back at my phone, they're not.

Happens sometimes with iMessage on my Mac/iPad/iPhone. Some of the texts will just not show up on some of the devices. I haven't found any rhyme or reason why or how this happens. It just seems to happen randomly every once in a while.
