Thank god for unlimited data! Almost 200mb on day 1!

ive used about 100 today. thats from excessive playing around. i have wifi at home obviously, but i like using 3g all the time for some reason. i just think its "cooler". a page loading 5 seconds later doesn't bother me a whole lot

Each to their own but that's possibly the daftest thing I've ever heard. Would you go back to dial up?

Im really confused as to when I receive my phone what kinf of data plan I should choose. I mean I wont be doing any hardcore downloads...but I would like to be able to listen to pandora daily,etc etc. how do you know what to choose

I have a 2G iPhone for sell, if you think loading a page over 3G is so much "cooler" than WiFi then loading pages on Edge is going to blow you away. I wont even get into how much more exciting the reduced performance and battery life is.

lol. The workday of an engineering intern at a large corporation leaves time for these things.

reminds me of my co-worker (i'm an engineer, too) who has his head down into his 3GS literally ALL DAY playing chess and watching world cup. frustrating as he gets paid more than me and i end up picking up his slack! and he's constantly borrowing my USB cable to charge his phone....haha. lord help me if he gets a 4! i'm not letting him near mine. heh.

oh! p.p.s. since i got my phone on wednesday...i've managed to get my data usage up to 356MB for this billing cycle so far. on my 3G, i never went over 180MB once! I'm glad i kept my unlimited too....things just look so much better on this phone!

Take one when you receive a text message from AT&T. Call *DATA# and wait for the text.

I am up to 202MB and I got mine on wednesday... Glad I have unlimited too.

I havent even gone crazy, just streaming pandora, and watching a world cup game. I predict some pretty hefty overage charge surprises coming up for some people
