Finally, I don't have to go to work on a Friday, all bleary-eyed due to getting up at 2am, so that I could incessantly click "refresh" on six different windows open in two different browsers, trying to preorder my iPhone!

Saturday Pre-Order gets the thumbs up from me too.

Probably only because today is 9/11, and having that printed in the promo material seems off. I bet next year they'll go back to Friday unfortunately.

Maybe they need more time to manufacture due to new parts and the debacle with the gold 5S
Probably mainly due to the gold situation haha. Remember that? I was in line and everyone flipped when they said there was only 2 gold iPhones. And this was a major store not a small mall one.

And the Chinese market loves gold stuff no matter what. That's a massive market there.
