Probably only because today is 9/11, and having that printed in the promo material seems off. I bet next year they'll go back to Friday unfortunately.

Probably mainly due to the gold situation haha. Remember that? I was in line and everyone flipped when they said there was only 2 gold iPhones. And this was a major store not a small mall one.

And the Chinese market loves gold stuff no matter what. That's a massive market there.
