macOS Thatch Background

Hello,
I have seen a background used in may Cocoa and Cocoa Touch apps. This is what it looks like:

Is this image on Apple's developer website as I have seen it in various Mac and iPhone apps. Does anyone know where I can find this?

It's the scroll view background color on the iPad:
[UIColor scrollViewTexturedBackgroundColor]
