You obviously like Mplayer more than CorePlayer? I definitely have to try it out too ...
Tiny - 320X240. I have hundreds of shows that were transcoded for PocketPC - they're great for portables, don't tax the CPU at all.

I was actually in the market for a 65W power supply, then came across the Powerbook with no bidders - double bonus
