Christ, it feels like we start one of these threads every month! Last year really slipped by fast... Anyways, here we go:
PS3:
Can't think of any new releases I am eagerly awaiting. Seems like the world is moving on? But there are still a few older games I want to pick up:
- GTA V
- Beyond: Two Souls
- Splinter Cell Blacklist
- Silent Hill HD Collection
- Silent Hill Downpour
PS4:
I will very likely pick one up before the end of the year, but not before I finish most of my PS3 backlog, and they release some more games I am truly interested in. Will likely buy the following titles:
- Infamous: Second Son
- Tomb Raider Definitive Edition
- Thief
- Watch Dogs
- New Uncharted (unlikely to release this year, but I can dream, right?
)
- New Mass Effect (see above)
- some indie titles, I guess?
PS Vita:
Not planning to spend any money. All the games PS Plus throws at me are more than enough for how little I use it (only for travel). Remote Play with PS4 will be cool!
It looks like it could be somewhat of a slow year overall. PS3 and 360 are winding down, but the new systems have yet to pick up steam.
