Getting ready for the Man U/ Derby County match. Booo! Rooney!
A clear victory for Manchester United, and Rooney was a superb player - who more than delivered - for Manchester United in his day.
Big London derby this weekend from two teams having a shocking season.
Well we need the points more than you, so do the honourable thing!Wonder who they could possibly be?

Depends on your point of view!A welcome Arsenal victory.

Agreed. I don’t think we are playing badly. We just need to convert that into points.Indeed; perspective is everything, agreed.
However, it is clear that under Mr Arteta, there have been some signs of improvement.

Wednesday, Wednesday, can't trust that day...
Liverpool actually won a football match this weekend. How about that?
Rather, my concern would be for a lack of motivation to make an appearance once that they have actually won the title, if they win it at a canter, or with the sort of considerable margin of victory, that currently seems fairly likely. Maintaining motivation and standards could well present a considerable challenge.
Maintaining the desire to compete during a period of success can be difficult. Though, I am less worried abut that than sheer physical wear and tear at this stage in the season. Man City look jaded. Hard to blame them, but one would think they would have been more motivated for this match. As for Man Utd, Fernandes continues to be a godsend, though under OGS they often revert to such a very defensive mindset for periods in matches.
Five points separate fifth and ninth. In terms of momentum, Man Utd look increasingly likely to grab that fifth spot from Wolves or Sheffield United, though maybe that's just me always assuming the "big" teams will come out on top.
