the action "set playback device" is not supported on mac

Anyone get this message in the shortcuts on the new macbooks? "Set Playback Destination*" is not an available option in Shortcuts on my new 14" m1MAX but it was on my m1PRO? I was able to transfer this simple shortcut from my iphone to the m1MAX but when I try to play the action I am getting the titled error? again this worked fine on the pro but not the max? the OS is up to date so not sure what else it could be... anyone else running into this issue?

Maybe an easy inquiry is: is anyone else missing this feature on their shortcuts? if yes, what iOS / MBP are you running?

Yeah I currently have to connect to bluetooth device manually through settings. It's just weird because the M1PRO with the original monterary OS had the option and shortcuts worked fine
