I don't care if it's going to be called MacBook, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro as long as it's a 13" and has dedicated Nvidia and the new Retina Display but with the anti-glare option. If I have to migrate up to 15" to have all these, then be it :)

well here's some more interesting predictions and rumors fresh off the CES mill.

Macbook AIR looks to be coming in March so Apple can trump the imitating competition and leave then one step behind in technology.

I say bring it on Apple....I'm want the Ivy Bridge..etc....

Very good post MacFever. Interesting article. I hope that it comes out as soon as possible. Im personally looking to get one as soon as possible but i like to wait until the refreshes before i pick up a new Mac.

I JUST GOT A MACBOOK AIR

Don't do this to me bro ;)

(I do like the darker aluminum case though!)

I don't think they'll be out as soon as you think. The only Ivy Bridge CPUs that have been announced and would fit the MacBook Air (e.g. 17W or less) are the 3667U (2.0 Ghz i7) and the 3427U (1.8Ghz i5) and they're not due out until May.

Also considering Apple likes the MacBook Pro to have exclusivity on new tech for a while it may be even later.

They won't be out in Q1. Rumors have it that the new MBP refresh might be out in Q2, and MBA in Q3.

A 15" Air with a thin bezel might just revive the 15" market if it has a pro screen and decent price.

I know I'd be tempted...

+1 make the bezel thinner on the bigger 15".
If you are unrealistic do it properly. The Bezel needs to be thinner.

Awesome idea. I'm working on my edit of the MacBook page right away. The idea is good, but there are some technical inadequacies.

No way will a 15 be released, the original release of the Air was jobs pulling it from a manilla envelope so unless we have a massive envelope its not really working is it.....

Well since there have been multiple claims of a thinner 15" macbook screen in production since like July, if it's not a 15" MBA, then it's a thinner/redesigned 15" MBP, which I'm fine with too and would actually prefer since it should be upgradable in terms of RAM. Either way, a thinner/more portable 15" macbook should be on its way :D
