The Apple Watch Reviews are out

Re/Code review is out too.

I get the sense that in these reviews the fanboys are trying their best to gloat but you can sense that between the lines there are a fair amount of shortcomings. The Verge was the most honest review which I appreciate.

The Verge review is, I think, the most damning. Not because it's good or bad, but because the Verge is - frankly - known to a lot of people as iVerge. They're in Apple's pocket. 100%. Their review is the one that should be glowing. The fact that it's more "mediocre" with a lot of "ifs, thans, and buts" shows a complete lack of confidence in the product.

That's a big "Ouch".

Hmm...I don't think many Apple fans think of it as "iVerge". I know I don't. And Nilay's been skeptical about the product since day one. So I'm not surprised to see his review reflecting that.

i'm hoping to find a review of an Apple Watch Sport. So many sites have amazing videos, but i've seen nothing but SS with link bracelets and leather loops so far.
