"The application Entourage quit unexpectedly"

    Entourage stopped opening on my system a few days ago. When I attempt to launch I receive the message in the subject line. This happens from both the alias and the program icon.

    I am on OS X 10.5.6 and this is the first time I've had any trouble w/Entourage.

    Advice needed. Many thanks.

    Have you installed anything lately or changed something with your system?

    Have you tried repairing permissions?

    thank you. I have not added anything new and did run a repair and it came back fine.

    Have you updated to the newest version of Office:mac?

    I will check. I always load updates, so probably. The strange thing is that no other microsoft apps are giving me trouble. thanks.

    Make sure that you're up-to-date with both your Microsoft patches (we're at 12.2.0 right now) and Leopard (you say you're at 10.5.6, but the latest is 10.5.7).

    If that doesn't work and you still can't launch Entourage, you should probably call tech support. You get two free calls with your purchase of Office 2008. To get the right phone number for your region, start here.

    Thank you. I ended up calling for support and we reinstalled office and now i'm all set. Thank you everyone.
