The Atomic Diamondback - Full Body Case (formerly silverback)

I am hoping to have one to review here shortly, maybe the within the next week. From what I have been told, the case is completely different from anything anyone has done and its a very quality piece. I was told the case is around 40 grams so the case is going to be incredibly sturdy. I was also told that the case will be 200 with a 25% discount if your a macrumors member. So hopefully I will get one here quickly so you guys can see what it looks like on the phone and not just a picture. It will end up being around the same price as the Vapor Pro but it will still retain all the good qualities that the Atomic hybrid has such as signal quality and no GPS issues. So I will report back soon!!

150 bucks is not that bad for this case if it is supposed to be as good as they say. It certainly looks slick. I look forward to your review of it

Have you guys also noticed that the promo picture for the Diamondback doesn't look like any of the cases you can purchase? The promo picture is silver all the way around including the sides while the ones you can purchase are black on the sides for each one.

Looks identical. I think you mean the white composite vs. the black composite thats available now? They said the white one is coming later.

No, I am looking at the photo gallery for the Satin Silver and Satin Gunmetal Atomic Diamondback. Look at the photo where you can see the button side of the phone. You see that it has black sides. Compare that to the promo picture on the site and you see the case has silver all the way around. Not black.

Im looking at the same pics. The promo pic is WHITE all around with the silver black vs. the black all the way around with silver in the back. Look at their red gallery. they have the other side of the red standing up....the silver overlaps

Im just saying that the extreme prices are out there. I wonder if there is a full body gold one. I am a gold guy.
 
I like the case looks nice.

Basically it is an aluminum speck geometric and the non aluminum one is identical to a speck geometric but 70 more??

Guillo, are you ditching your custom gold plated case for the Diamondback?

I'm still waiting on someone to do a full review on it.
