We're walking in the air,
We're floating in the moonlit sky,
The people far below are sleeping as we fly...

The Snowman!

All together now: "We're walking in the air."

What a great film, and don't forget 'Father Christmas' - "It's another blooming Christmas."

I think all those are very good. I also like the one about the little kid and the BB gun (I think it is just called "A Christmas Tale", or "The Christmas Movie").

A christmas Story, its one of my favourites, i've been watching it since i was a kid. "you'll shoot your eye out". The seen where he cursed was amazing. Also where the guy got is tongue stuck to post when responded to teh double dog dare. The narating was also pretty nice.

I love The Muppet Christmas Carol.

We generally end up watching something like Tremors or Independence Day or something similar.

There was this movie about a little girl and her mom, they had to pretend to be relatives of a rich guy so that he could land a business deal. I cant remember the name, but the movie was good.

Tips:
The house the guy had was similar to the girls doll house.
The girls original father was never home.
The girl cut all the "rich guy's" cigars and she got him a baesball glove " that fit" for christmas.
"when ever you hear music and none is playing , there's an angel close by.

Anyone knows the name?

It's not Christmas for me unless I get to see "Tre nøtter til Askepott" ("Three nuts for Cinderella"). It's a Czech movie from 1973, and the original title is "Tři oříšky pro Popelku".

The narration was by the author of the story, Jean Shepherd, who also appears briefly in the movie. He was my radio hero growing up. If you lived in the New York City during the '60 or '70s, you know what I'm talking about.

And another vote for "Bad Santa."

One I can't remember...

The Christmas movie that sticks in my mind most is one I watched as a child in the late 70s/80s and I'm pretty sure I saw it more than once on TV but can't remember the title.

All I can remember is that it was set in a department store and there was some puppet or something that had to try to make it up to Santa's Grotto on the top floor so that he could be given away at Christmas. He had to fight through lots of dangers in other parts of the store including the janitor or witch who was going to throw him into a furnace.
