mstand

I got myself an mStand (or MStand or mstand or whatevah...). People around me got an mstand.

I've been using them for quite some time now... I do use the hole in the middle to fit in the MagSafe and an jack audio cable. I love it.

Plus, it gives you EXTRA SPACE since the base size of the thing on your desk is smaller than your actual laptop.

Also, I put the wireless keyboard on it when I'm done with it.

Look for yourself, here's a pic:

hehe nice =D I love a clean nice desk with a clean nice setup and the mstand does it well (got one as well)!!

Really?? I have a new penryn with an mStand and they are said to have the least flexible viewing angle, PLUS I have a speck case on it, restricting movement even more and it still tilts perpendicular to the desk?? I had a merom too and it had better flex than the new one, what model you have??

I love the mstand, but as somebody pointed out the MBP's limited display angle combined with the mstand is not flexible enough.

Dont use the speck casing, I have one too but found out from alot of people saying it actually causes to scratch your mbp.

Really?? I dont take it off and put it on a lot though, just every couple months to wipe dust off the case where the vent slits are. Ive had it on my mbp since Dec 06 and the only thing close to scratching I have noticed was a tiny rub right above the optical slot, which after investigation found a burr on the case and filed it down. I use it as my desktop too, so that probably helps. I have to think of the scratches it may endure if it weren't in the case as well. I remember wrapping my powerbook cord up one time and the small end whipped around and gashed a 3 inch black mark in the top of my tibook. OUCH!
