I would think people in this industry would pretty much demand either US dollars or Euros for their comparative stability...you don't want be sitting on $205m US in cash pesos (for example) next time they decide to devalue the currency.

That is rubbish. The Euro, and certainly the USD are not the most stable currencies. Have you seen the £ to $ ratio recently?

That's not my point...they are stable compared to the currencies and monetary policies of Latin American countries.
