Okay, but would you guys recommend getting a complety new one? or just getting it repaired?
If i got it repaired i wouldn't loose all my stuff on my mbp, would i?

No, and I'm guessing you could go that route depending on whats actually wrong with why it's doing that.

I would definitely try re-seating the base yourself. Mine rocked some when I first purchased it, but after I upgraded the Ram and put the base back on myself, the notebook sits nearly perfectly flat on a tabletop.

Try getting yourself up into customer relations and demanding an "Advanced Replacement". An advanced replacement allows you to get your new MBP while you still have your broken one. You have to sign a sheet and give them your credit card number if you don't return it within 15 days or something...if you dont they charge full price on your card.

Work yourself up high enough and you'll be able to do that. I would recommend NOT getting it repaired. Unfortunately you need a replacement. Don't mess around with this much money.

My $.02.

Well, unfortunately i don't have any screwdriver that fits, so i can't take the bottom of my mbp :(
But in repeat i was able to get an advanced replacement :)
I just deeply hope that the one i get is FLAWLESS! no yellow tint etc.

I just received the replacement..
It has the exact same flaw, the only difference is that it is on the left side instead of the right
But could this be normal for all mbp?
Since the two I have is both a bit "rocky"?
Although I can't decide which is the least "rocky".
