Both the Bourne Identity and Bourne Ultimatum are available on iTunes, but the middle movie of the trilogy is curiously missing.

Bourne Ultimatum was the first Bourne movie available. Bourne Identity was just recently added. I suspect that the Bourne Supremacy will be added soon enough. Just give it some time.
Ah well I think the movie store is faaaaaar from one, they don't get many movies a day, and most you can't BUY. Why can't I buy it, only RENT. It sucks Apple! Give us the option to buy a movie and not only rent, it doesn't make any sense

Don't know, but if you buy the book instead, you'll get a much better story, a lot more action, a much more impressive Jason Bourne and all in all a much better experience.

Your anger is misguided; you should be yelling at the studios, not Apple. I'm sure Apple would love to let you buy everything you could possibly want from the iTunes Store...
Oh I'm sure you have contacts at Apple and the studio. It could be the studio, it could be Apple. Neither way, Apple controls the iTMS and so I say that it sucks APPLE, that your store hasn't got the option to buy movies, and your store doesn't let us buy them. Quite true, huh?
I'm surprised that Bourne Supremacy still isn't available on iTunes. I thought it would only be a matter of time after Bourne Identity was added. Really it is not that important to me... I own all three on DVD, but it would be nice to have the official artwork for my iTunes rip.

1. The Bourne movies are only available right now on HD-DVD. Any idea if there are plans to release on Blu-Ray now that HD-DVD is dead?
2. The trailer to the Bourne Identity on iTunes has a couple snippets which aren't in the movie (for example.... seconds 30-33, 1:03-1:05). Any idea if those carry over into the iTunes rental?

That is going to be a major problem with a lot of the HD-DVD only movies out there. I bet their sales plummeted once HD-DVD died. To get more sales, they should release them on bluray as soon as possible. If they were smart at least...

The Bourne Supremacy is now available to rent or buy. Not sure how long this has been the case.
