IOS 9 is stupid.
Allow me to explain: 3 days ago an Apple tech admitted there was a bug in IOS 8 with "Music." It doesn't always delete music files.
An obvious question: wouldn't it be more logical and intelligent to fix the bug BEFORE going to IOS 9?
In this mindset, your just transferring bugs from one IOS to the next? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever; but, by doing so, you're just emulating Windows: Don't fix it...Leave it for the next IOS.

Going to Xcode 7 and iOS9, the bug might be easier to capture and fix!
Is there a radar logged for it?
