This post to to give all of you fair warning. 8 months ago we were a pc house complete with MS Small Business Server and Exchange for email. It was a nightmare. We went Mac and hosted email. Mac has been a great decision, Hosted email no so great. My hosted email is provided by my local Mac store. This is an Ingram Micro rebaged product by reseller groupSPARK a top rated exchange reseller (and very expensive). We noticed yesterday we were loosing some emails. We reported this to the local Mac Store. I don't have a direct support number. no response until this morning. Around 11am today they told us one hour. Still no mail right now (9pm). I spoke to my rep around 4 and ordered a MAC server to get my mail back under my control. He had emailed them numerous times, they did not respond. Finally about an hour ago, I hunted up a phone number and a email. Well I called. No ETA for fixing. This was frustrating. The support person started laughing at me and my situation. I am not happy. No more hosted email for me. I would offer that before you have your email hosted you strongly consider the consequences here.
