The checkers site is blocked on Brave browser

I've Brave browser. I like playing the checkers but it is blocked now. How do I unblock it?

I don't have the Brave browser (and FWIW, I don't play checkers)... but the issue is ad blocking. Is that built-in to Brave? Looks like you're going to have to allow ads to get this site to work - however you have do to that.

Dwfaust you're correct about the Brave browser issue. There are a number of free sites now that will not work if the site detects the adds are being blocked by the browser. Brave browser defaults to blocking ads and trackers. I'm not sure, as I've only used Brave a couple times, if there is a way to select which sites you'd like to allow ads from. Either way, free sites are only free because sponsors pay the free sites to advertise through them...
