That spokesman who released that statement denying the Fox News Report by Roger Friedman is named Amy Harnell... Amy Harnell of the Church of Scientology Artists Association that is...
That's right! After spending years "speaking out" for other artists involved with scientology, she is now the PR spokesperson for newly formed Issac Hayes Entertainment.
The proof that she was once (and probably is still) associated with Scientology is in this cached article. Found it amongst other info in this thread on the South Park Studios BBS.
I think Roger Friedman or someone else needs to ask a few more questions... Issac Hayes has not said anything personally about South Park since his stroke, everything he's "said" has been released by people associated with Scientology... and we're supposed to believe that, because his wife is having a baby sometime soon, he's completely unable to even make a statement for himself or go on TV?? Doesn't really add up.
Of possible interest, another thread from the South Park Studios BBS with someone who claims to have seen Hayes recently... and claims that he didn't make the statement, but did quit of his own accord because of his belief in Scientology. Even if it's BS it's still interesting.
