The *Completed* Preorders and Reservations Thread

My first post.. second pre-order after my iPhone 6 on release day. had to do two separate orders, one for my 42mm black sport and another for my girls 38mm sport white band. Processed on the iPhone app at 0106 and got the 4-6 weeks for the black and 4/24-5/8 for hers. There was no add to card option in the favorites screen so instead of trying to figure it out, made two separate orders. Now another wait begins.

Got my 42mm sport with white band, delivers 4/24-5/8 and extra black band that delivers in 4/29-5/12. Also made a try on appointment at my local Apple Store for 3:30pm. Very smooth pre-order, but I hope we get the watches on 4/24!
 
So what's actually delivering on 4/24? Placed first order for SS 42Link and see that delivery date is May 13-27!!! Order placed at 2:02. Then ordered SS42Sport at2:08 and have date of 4/24-5/8. Decided to order 42SS Link and that has date of 4/29 -5/12............Ok....think I may cancel the 42SSLink since it won't deliver until late May....

I used a gift card too, SS + milanese and was able to place my order at around 3:09 but it was already at 4-6 weeks for me :(

The app was ready on the spot but sadly I couldn't use it.
 
I was able to order 5.

4 42mm Sport versions (black bands)
1 42mm White band none black one.


Going to keep one and send the others to family in certain countries where this would never get in at a reasonable price. All shipping times are launch to 5/8.. iPhone app on super fast wifi and touch ID. Just kept going into my saved favorite and ordered back to back until I saw shipping date push back.

4/24 - 5/8. Seem like the normal.

I think if you got in the first batch you should get it ontime
Either way thats done and over with until 2 weeks from now

GOING TO SLEEP !!!!!!! i just stayed up been a long day/night/early morning
 
i got confirmation email for ss space black and also ordered blue sport band
at 3:04, 4-6 weeks the best one apple does even have ready yet, why why why
 
Is it possible that the ship day could be sooner ? I got the 42mm space grey and it says may 13-27th :eek:
 
Got 4 separate orders in. All delivered 4/24-5/8. 38 mm Silver/White, 42mm Silver/White, 42mm Space Gray/Black and 38mm Silver/White (duplicate because I wasn't sure the first one had gone through - may return or sell this one).
Also, I seems to have been able to put through 4 orders, have received emails to show orders are processing and showing the above shipping dates, SO I don't think there's a limit on how many watches you can order.

-No back button. Had to add a band on a separate transaction. Since it was a family member's credit card (gift) and not my own I had to enter the details twice, once for each transaction. By the time I bought the watch and tried to order my black sport band shipping slipped 5 days.

Australia might have got to see the Apple Watches before everyone else, but we were definitely not treated as well in regards to quantities.

I placed my order at 5:02pm (Sydney time) and managed to get a Stainless Steel with Black Sport band with delivery for 24/4 - 8/5.

I went to check the shipping times of other combinations and they are really poor! The Stainless Steel with Link band started at 'Ships in 6 weeks'. This was the same for the Space Grey Sport as well.

The Stainless Steel Space Black is 'Ships in June'

Checked back at 5:07pm (Sydney time) and virtually all watch combinations are 'ships in 4-6 weeks'.

I wanted to use a GC but didn't see anywhere to input the Pin#
No bigs, easy to use....

Went super buttery smooth, although I did have to correct a phone number before the order would go through, which tacked on an extra 3 seconds. Still got my April 24 possible delivery though, woop!
 
Ordered with Apple Pay on iPhone 6 using app. Got 42mm Milanese SS 4/24-5/8. Wife got white Sport 38mm same dates.

Ordered a black/SS 42mm Sports band (4/29-5/12) and black classic buckle 42mm (just says "May")...

Was thinking about ordering a 38mm Milanese also but would've had to finance it and I waffled on the decision till it was 4-6 weeks, then dropped the order. If the 42 is too big I'll have to wait on an exchange like a big boy.

I ordered my SS 42mm Milanese loop first... I took a screenshot of the confirmation number. I then ordered the 38mm SS white sport for my wife. That one already has a confirmation email from Apple! Where's my email for the Milanese? :( :confused:

All 5 of mine say the same shipping dates and there's already charges on the C.C.. So i think they ****ed up, once again. but it benefits us.

Interesting to see the resell on these regardless. Brazilians will be going CRAZY for this.

Yeah that doesn't surprise me. Unless people order in the first 10 mins then shipping times will start to slip
