Calender isn't syncing with my mobile me account.

Any hints/tips please?

I'm scared to reset sync data incase I lose everything but am willing to. This problem is pretty annoying.

I had the same problem today. Perhaps the problem was that I was changing iCal while the MobileMe circle was spinning in my top bar. I was able to get the calendars to sync again by quitting iCal, syncing MobileMe manually, then once I restarted iCal, the calendars started syncing again.
