the countdown at the beginning of old videos

Does anybody know where I might be able to get a clip from the old videos where there is a countdown from 5 or 6?

Well, I realized that it's a 40 mb DV. If you want the full quality DV file, maybe we could do a file swap via Skype or iChat.

Or if you prefer that I compress it, just specify what compression scheme you want and maybe it'll be small enough to email.
