After hearing about the MBP update I went and checked out the online store. Seems that its only $400 to upgrade to 4gigs of RAM. Granted thats still too pricey for anyone with common sense to purchase; it is $300 cheaper than it used to be. An almost 50% price drop is incredible.

Does this mean that 4gigs is starting to become a more common; i.e. there should be price drops across the board?

I checked Crucial.com - still around $100, I think I'll drop that this weekend and install and ready my MBP over spring break when I have time. When school kicks back in after spring break, all hell will break loose between: AutoCAD, VIZ, Rhino, Maxwell Render, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp....
