iPad The Definitive Lockscreen Weather App?

I've been looking all over the web and could not find a reliably working Weather widget for the iPad lockscreen.

I have Forecast on my 3GS and it works wonderfully, but it's not compatible with the iPad. (probably because it relies on the stock Weather app)

I downloaded the trial for LockInfo. It's got a ton of options that I won't need, and I couldn't even figure out how to activate the weather widget.

So how can I show weather on my iPad's lockscreen? (iPad 3)
