Same here, specifically the checkpoint sounds, or when you have to press "Y" because something needs your attention. They would make great alert sounds... if only I could find my PC version installer so I could extract those! Let me know if you come across any, all I've found is voice samples :|

Ok, just finished installing gears of war 1 for the pc, here's some all the interface sfx rips... they are .ogg files, so they'll need to be converted - I've tagged the good ones (in my opinion) with green or yellow.

Theres lots of other sfx to go through, ill update as I get em - then i'll make a sound pack with all my favourites converted to .m4r iphone friendly files.
